At Willi’s SmokeHaus & Deli, meat isn’t just an ingredient – it’s our heritage.
Since 1905, sausage and fine meats have been crafted at this very location in Frankenmuth. Those same artisan recipes and practices that began with Rupprecht family, were evolved forward by Willi Becker in 1978, continued craftmanship by Keith & Jackie Gere, and today we are proud to preserve and expand their traditions. We honor the past while building something bold for the future.
Every week our team seasons, smokes, cures, and prepares our small batch meats in-house. From brisket and pastrami to bratwurst and summer sausage. We believe in using traditional methods, real smoke, real spice, and premium meat, is what sets us apart. Nothing rushed. Nothing artificial. We don’t do assembly lines. We do craft.
German Sausages
Sausage is the heart of our story. At Willi’s SmokeHaus, our hand crafted German sausages are prepared with recipes passed down from generations of Fleischermeister’s at 316 South Main. Each batch is seasoned with care, blended in-house, and prepared the traditional way – no shortcuts, no fillers, no compromises.

Summer Sausage
Our summer sausage is crafted the old-fashioned way — perfectly seasoned, slow-smoked, and built for sharing. From our traditional Old-Fashion recipe with its balanced smoke and classic tang, to our bold Five Pepper with layers of heat and cracked spice, every variety is made in-house using time-honored techniques.
Naturally hardwood smoked and carefully cured, each log delivers that signature snap, rich aroma, and deep flavor that only real smoke can create. Haus Jerky
Our beef jerky starts with whole cuts of quality beef – hand-cut, carefully trimmed, and seasoned in small batches. Simple ingredients. Then slow smoked to perfection. No gristle. Just big flavor.
Each strip is marinated to develop depth, perfectly aged, and slow smoked for the perfect chew.

Willi’s Signature Burger
Our Willi’s Signature Burger is crafted from a premium blend of top sirloin and brisket, delivering the perfect balance of rich flavor, tenderness, and just the right amount of juiciness. Ground fresh allowing the beef speak for itself. Whether it’s your favorite homestyle recipe or smashed on the flat top it will quickly become your backyard favorite.
Haus Brisket
Our briskets are hand-trimmed then rubbed and aged with our signature spice blend, to accept all the great flavor. Then smoked until it is tender, rich, and ready for a proper sandwich or your dinner table.
Haus Corned Beef
Our corned beef is aged in our house-crafted brine, slowly smoked to develop depth and character, then gently finished in a Guinness steam pan until it reaches peak tenderness. The foundation of our Reuben or best served with your favorite Irish dish.
Haus Pastrami
Our pastrami is aged in our crafted brine, then rubbed and aged with our signature spice blend, to accept all that great flavor. Once perfectly seasoned it’s smoked to the perfect temperature for tenderness and finished steamed to perfection. One bite and you will understand why we take care in the process.
Haus Pulled Pork
Rubbed and slow smoked, then hand-pulled with care. The sweet smoky flavors show through with each batch created. Whether you enjoy it on your favorite Willi’s sandwich or take it home for that favorite recipe, it’s prepared with the same care of all of our HausMade meats.
